Charged for incorrect items and incorrect "corrections" Balcony door VERY hard to open and close Housekeeping started knocking at 9am to clean and came back 4 times since 9am Poor communication from staff Rude restaurant manager and poor bar staff

Everything about the hotel was nice
The only downfall to the trip was unexpected construction at 800am right above our room. The front desk did not notify us about this and was one way to ruin a relaxing morning.
