The rooms we had were great and the food was excellent. Overall thought it was a good deal.

The reception staff were a tad surly and some very short notice building maintenance and inspections across three days which impacted building access and power (of a four day stay!)Not so terrible, but felt they knew this was occurring way in advance.

A lot of hot food on offer via a buffet some of which suffered because of being kept hot.Excellent choices of fruits and cold meats etc

The buffet food was plentiful but since there was a lot to keep hot it was piled up in warming containers. Boiled eggs etc were hard boiled, croissants doughy and cold.

Do staff!!! Quer dos pequenos almoços, quer do jantar. Principalmente dos elementos Lenine, Dinarte e Eduardo (jantar buffet), sempre atentos com todos os clientes. Senti-me em família!!! Resumindo, todos foram fantásticos, inclusive a pequena águia que estava sempre presente ao pequeno almoço. Parque de estacionamento gratuito, um dos principais motivos por ter escolhido este alojamento, pois o mesmo é pago no exterior do hotel.
