We’ve been here several times and they keep hitting us up with the time share sales. I’ve heard it once and don’t want here them badgering me about it.

Jimena was amazing at the water aerobics. First time doing such activities. Jimena was very active and engaging. Had so much fun and would definitely come again just for the water aerobics!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Maiavé Spa at Sheraton Buganvilias Resort in Puerto Vallarta. We booked a couples massage, and it was exactly what we needed! I prefer a lighter, more relaxing touch, while my husband prefers a stronger massage, and they customized each massage perfectly. A very special shout-out to Gabriela and Luz, who were incredible massage therapists. They listened to what we each wanted and made the entire experience relaxing from beginning to end. The spa itself is beautiful and peaceful, smells AMAZING, and immediately puts you in relaxation mode. But what really stood out was the staff. They were some of the nicest, sweetest, and most genuinely welcoming people we have ever interacted with. The level of care and hospitality made the experience even more special. The prices are comparable to other resort spas, but do yourself a favor and BOOK THE MASSAGE! We scheduled ours the day after an excursion, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our tired muscles definitely needed it, and we walked out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If you're staying at the Sheraton Buganvilias or even if you're just looking for a great spa experience while in Puerto Vallarta, Maiavé Spa is absolutely worth it. We would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Gabriela, Luz, and the entire spa team for making our couples massage such a memorable part of our vacation.
