Good location, clean and tidy room with enough space. Working staff were friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel too, also metro is in walkable minutes away.

We had a fabulous stay in the Arcotel JFK Berlin! Fantastic central location to many major sites and attractions, very friendly, helpful staff, lovely bar area and a great bartender (sorry, didn't get your name!) and spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms! Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Shame the bar wasn't open more during the day, even just for coffee!

Tolle Lage, zentral, aber sehr ruhig. Große Zimmer, alles nötige vorhanden.

Die Matratze war mir zu hart, deswegen habe ich nicht gut geschlafen. Beim Frühstück fehlten mir lange Löffel für Latte macchiato-Gläser. Den Orangensaft fand ich ziemlich wässrig.
