住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.0
Mostly praised as clean in many reviews, but occasional serious issues reported (dirty shower curtain, a reviewer reporting cockroaches) reduce the score.
- Service9.8
Staff consistently described as helpful, attentive and friendly across multiple reviews, earning a very high score.
- Location9.6
Frequently noted as centrally located and close to the Paral·lel metro / Montjuïc area; construction in the immediate vicinity is mentioned but location remains a strong positive.
- Room Quality6.5
Mixed signals: some rooms described as beautiful and modern, but multiple comments on shabby/aged bathrooms, loose floorboards, thin walls, noisy AC and other wear-and-tear lower the rating.
- Amenities9.2
Amenities such as air conditioning, provided shampoo/shower gel and coffee dosettes are appreciated; parking is limited/problematic for larger groups which slightly reduces the score.
- Value for Money6.0
Several reviewers explicitly state the price felt too high for the condition and expected standards (poor price-performance), resulting in a below-target score.
- Food and Beverage9.4
Breakfast and nearby coffee options received positive mentions (breakfast 'very good', use of corner coffee bar), supporting a strong rating despite limited direct mentions.
- Overall Experience9.7
Overall impressions are largely positive — helpful staff, central location and clean rooms dominate — though some guests note noise, construction and dated bathroom elements.
