The fact that I had to handle with another room guest's passive smoke all night, as well as extreme noise. The police came at 5:30am to kick the guy out of the room.

The hotel is an 11 minute walk from the entrance to Geneva Cornavin Train Station. It's a charming older hotel that comes with some issues. The man at reception was so helpful, helping us find a restaurant open for dinner (many are closed on Sunday), helping us get the tram to the station to get to the airport the next day. He even helped me get a cup of boiling water so I could have a cup of tea. The room was small as expected with a prefab small bathroom that requires a step up to get in which was challenging for my older travel companion. The beds were comfortable for our one night stay.

The door lock was tricky to use. It took several tries to open the door. Getting the Wi-Fi requires you to get a code sent to your phone, not useful if you are just using your phone on Wifi. I got the code but the Wifi was slow so I turned it off and just used data. My worldwide adapter didn't fit the outlets but the nice receptionist lent me an adapter that worked. I was able to plug my adapter into the borrowed one, and still plug in the bedside light. The small bathroom might be a challenge for larger people.

Assez bruyant en général, spécialement côté rue. L'isolation des fenêtres pourrait être grandement améliorée.
