• Cleanliness8.5

Multiple reviews explicitly call the hotel 'very clean' ('sehr sauber'); no major cleanliness complaints noted.

• Service8.5

Staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful; one incident of reception absence/locked-out card was resolved promptly and with a complimentary breakfast.

• Location8.5

Consistently praised for central location close to U-Bahn and main railway station; a few guests noted the surrounding area is less attractive or a bit far on foot for limited mobility.

• Room Quality6.8

Mixed feedback: some rooms described as comfortable and spacious, but several guests reported uncomfortable beds, worn furniture, small sinks, noise and lack of air conditioning.

• Amenities6.2

Notable gaps in amenities mentioned across reviews: no in-room kettle/coffee machine, no drinks/water for sale, lack of A/C in many rooms and tight garage/stair access.

• Value for Money8.4

Frequently noted as good value or an 'exceptional budget hotel' — many guests felt it was worth the price paid.

• Food and Beverage8.6

Breakfast praised repeatedly as very good and plentiful; however guests noted no available drinks for purchase in the hotel.

• Overall Experience7.7

Overall positive for a budget stay (good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location) but tempered by room comfort issues, limited amenities and some accessibility/noise problems.

Salam sosis haricinde pek fazla çeşit yoktu.
