First of all, the service! The staff was exceptional! With great gratitude for the professional attitude of Ainush - the lady who took care of cleaning our rooms No. 502 and No. 507 during our stay. Everything was flawlessly clean and she always tried to please us with attention to detail! Also to Mr. Sechkin, who took care of our breakfast impeccably - so attentive and delicate, we received truly special treatment. The hotel's location is excellent and having free parking in front of the entrance was extremely convenient. The receptionists were also very good! To travelers with a car, I would advise to contact the hotel one hour earlier to secure a parking space.

The size of the double room was quite small. Also, there could be water provided in the minibar, at least upon arrival. In the room description, the presence of a minibar was noted, but in fact, both rooms only had empty mini-fridges.
