A great hotel in a quiet area, very helpful and friendly staff, a wonderful breakfast buffet: I had a very nice stay there and would return if I came back to Prague. One issue with a sink that didn't drain was taken care of very quickly (a big thank you for that!!), and the room was very clean and comfortable. Some minor things to report are 1) the lights in the room are very low (it was really hard to read before going to sleep), and 2) on the second night a tour group came in late and kept slamming doors again and again and again (this is, of course, not the hotel's fault, but maybe guests could be reminded to not slam doors at nigh? or maybe there could be a sign asking guests not to slam their door?).
