Hotellet låg i Red light district. Vi kom dit på kvällen och utanför entrén satt flera personer som rökte cannabis varav en gick in på hotellet. Flera poliser var utanför och sa till oss att inte bo på det hotellet. Vi bokade ett annat hotell

Nothing. It was entirely opposite to hat they’ve shown in the pictures and we were extremely disappointed upon arrival. Had to move after seeing the property, place a d the rooms. Had to book another hotel at short notice. Couldn’t dare stay at such a filthy place and in such a poor location.

It was in a very bad shape. Poor ambiance and located above the sex shops. Not a good place for family baby means and after reading the reviews of this property on facebook and YouTube , still didn’t believe until we saw with our own eyes. But we had no choice but to claim refund which is still under process. We moved out right away and booked another hotel in Old Montreal, the property manager was very ignorant and didn’t help us when we told him the bedsheets were stained and room was stinking.

They did not clean the bathroom the whole 5 days I was there. The toilet paper ran out and it was not replaced the rest of my stay. The bath mats are so disgusting, I think they have never been washed I am pretty sure it was alive.
