エアコンの位置がドアの所にありデスクのスペースの空調がききにくいかった。 エアコンのスイッチがベタベタした。

I loved this hotel. The staff were lovely, my room was clean (apart from the small terrace / chairs & table which were covered in pigeon poo when I went to sit outside!). The location is great, a few minutes from Ville station to take trains along the coast to places like Menton, Villefranche, Monaco etc. Some great cafes and restaurants close by and only a 10 min walk to the old town and sea. I would recommend and definitely return if I visit Nice again.

The state of the terrace - everywhere was covered in pigeon poo. The floor, tables, chairs. And it would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea in the room.

Good location. Hotel seems to be recently renovated.

-There were stains on the bedsheet (they seem to be washed but they shouldn't provide sheet with stains!) -There was carpet in the room and no slippers were provided and it was unpleasant to walk on that barefoot. -The bathroom door could not close/lock. -One of the walls had a hole that was patched up really badly. -The railing to hang your clothes was on a short cabinet meaning you could not hang anything long !
