住客評價分析

Cleanliness9.2
Generally reported as clean with daily towel changes and regular housekeeping; isolated complaint reporting very poor cleanliness.
Service9.0
Majority of reviews praise friendly, helpful staff (luggage storage, reception 24/7, accommodating early breakfasts); however at least one review describes very poor customer service, making sentiment mixed but overall positive.
Location10.0
Consistently highlighted as excellent — central in Miraflores, close to Kennedy Park, safe and very convenient for walking to attractions and dining.
Room Quality8.6
Mixed feedback: many guests found rooms comfortable and spacious, but others reported narrow rooms, furniture or AC not working, and inconsistency in bed type (King advertised vs smaller bed).
Amenities9.0
Amenities like buffet breakfast, apartment kitchens (where applicable) and 24/7 reception are positive; documented shortcomings include no hairdryer/iron/fridge in some rooms, limited toiletries, slow elevator and occasional maintenance issues.
Value for Money9.2
Not explicitly detailed by many reviewers (assigned target overall rating); multiple guests recommend the hotel, suggesting perceived good value for its central location and services.
Food and Beverage9.0
Breakfast is frequently described as healthy, varied and good, with positives like pre-made early breakfasts; some complaints about weak breakfast items or bad coffee.
Overall Experience9.6
Overall stays are described as comfortable and recommendable by many guests, with repeated praise for location and staff; a few strong negative experiences are noted but do not dominate the general sentiment.
