The location was perfect, very close to the Old Town and the grand Gazi mosque. The staff at reception and breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful.

the rooms and facilities are quite old. We had to change rooms a couple of times due to issues with air conditioning. Breakfast was also the same every day during our five-night stay and could have been better. Overall, the excellent location and amazing staff make it reasonable value for money, although the extra charge for parking was disappointing

Booking was not recorded as placed, staff rude, shower ceiling all flaky, aircon not working, which after some hassle they offered an other room. on exit check all OK, staff said yes all sorted, later on got abusive messages for payment which we made via bank transfer later the same day . Price very much over priced for what is delivered
