住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.8

Rooms described as clean and nice in multiple reviews; one report of a slight smell in a room but overall cleanliness is good.

• Service9.8

Staff repeatedly praised as kind, helpful and welcoming; mentions of excellent recommendations and a complimentary room upgrade.

• Location9.8

Consistently noted as an excellent location — close to the beach, Dizengoff and the port; ideal for short city stays.

• Room Quality8.5

Mixed comments: rooms are described as nice and renovated/comfortable, but some guests reported very narrow beds, an underpowered fridge and occasional odors.

• Amenities8.0

Basic but useful amenities: coffee corner praised, beach towels available; shortcomings include an old elevator and a weak in-room fridge.

• Value for Money9.3

Several guests explicitly mentioned good value and fair pricing for the location and service provided.

• Food and Beverage7.0

Breakfast frequently described as simple/minimal, lacking hot options or eggs for some guests; a few found it adequate but overall this is the weakest area.

• Overall Experience9.2

Overall positive stay driven by excellent staff and prime location; small, intimate hotel feel is appreciated despite modest breakfast and some room-related issues.
