Amazing location half way between Frankton and town. Beautiful view of the remarkables. Good value for money for the size of the property.

The fireplace was not working throughout our stay. This was one of the main reasons we booked this accomodation and was dissapointing. In fairness they did explain this was due to the system for the complex needing replacement and it was no longer listed as a feature on their listing, but I feel the fireplace features heavily in multiple photos for the property which is misleading.

Our fan didn’t work in our bedroom (I like the air flow for sleep) however still very cosy and comfortable

The bed was uncomfortable and the apartment was strong paint smell

Suite 19 was in a brilliant location for views, access to unloading cases and perfect for the peace and quiet. Not that we needed it, but it clearly is an accessible unit and was great because there is a ramp near this unit to drive the car to it, unload and roll our cases in. There was no need at all to carry cases up or down the stairs. Also, the shower wasn't in a bath, so no need to climb in and possible slip when getting out.

There was nothing to not like. The staff were efficient with answering any queries we had and the suite was well stocked with everything that we needed for a four night stay.
