Maybe little far (10 minutes) from closest stations

We stayed in this hotel to have quick access to the Airport Express and Tokyo Tower. In general it met our expectations, but the walk to the metro is around 10 minutes. The room is big enough for 2 large open suitcases.

I believe our room was ready before the official check-in, but we were still requested to wait 30 min before check in. Apparently, it is just procedure, but I would have appreciated a customer-facing approach with a bit earlier check-in.

Service incroyable et au delà, ils ont acceptés de garder nos valises 2 jours avant le check-in alors que nous n'étions pas encore client de l'hôtel. Prestation impeccable et petit déjeuner varié (continental et asiatique).

RAS, peut être si je devais être un peu critique, l'eau du bain "Onsen" était excessivement chaude .. mais bon c'est un détail.
