It was our first time visiting Shanghai and we stayed at the Ritz Carlton Pudong because of its excellent location. We spent an amazing holiday here and were most impressed with the friendly and helpful staff as well as the beautiful and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet also had a great selection of healthy options like fruits and smoothies and juices. Special thanks to Scarlett, Wenny, Doris, John, Simo and all of the cleaning and service staff who helped my family settle into the hotel and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Scarlett drew my son a lovely card with a warm message and gave him a set of colouring books to take home. We will treasure these lovely tokens and we look forward to returning to the Ritz Carlton Pudong in the future.
