住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.4
Rooms and large public bath are often described as clean, but isolated reports of hair in the bath changing area and some wear in facilities lower this slightly.
- Service8.8
Staff repeatedly praised for polite, helpful explanations and gestures (helpful check-in upgrades, friendly reception, attentive staff), giving service a strong positive score.
- Location5.2
Good for Intex/USJ access and has a FamilyMart in the building, but several guests noted the hotel is far from the station and lacks nearby late-night dining/shops, reducing convenience.
- Room Quality6.8
Rooms are described as clean and reasonably comfortable, but recurring issues (hard mattresses for some, ineffective room temperature control, pajamas/amenity requests) lower the room score.
- Amenities8.0
Strong amenities including a large public bath, sauna, on-site convenience store, shuttle/parking options and family-friendly features; some equipment issues (hairdryers, laundry flow) moderate the rating.
- Value for Money8.2
Many guests commented the hotel is reasonably priced and offers good deals/upgrades, producing a solid perception of value.
- Food and Beverage9.2
Breakfast receives very high praise (wide variety, tasty items like udon, takoyaki, okonomiyaki); minor operational issues such as seating confusion slightly temper an otherwise excellent score.
- Overall Experience8.0
Overall guest sentiment is positive with many satisfied families and repeatable good memories, though minor facility and convenience issues prevent a perfect score.
