住客評價分析
- Cleanliness3.0
Many reviews report filth, mould, overpowering cleaning-agent smells, a found syringe and cockroaches; cleanliness is a major negative.
- Service8.0
Generally positive comments about staff and customer service in several reviews, though a few guests mention unresponsive management.
- Location9.5
Repeatedly described as excellent and very convenient for attractions and tram; the most consistently praised feature.
- Room Quality4.5
Rooms often described as tired, run-down or small with maintenance issues (leaks, old TVs, poor shower pressure, broken fixtures).
- Amenities7.5
On-site amenities (pool, spa, sauna, BBQ, laundry, fridge) are available and valued by some guests, though cleanliness/maintenance affected perception.
- Value for Money6.5
Mixed views: several guests call it good value for the location, while others feel the price isn't justified given cleanliness and condition.
- Food and Beverage5.0
No breakfast facility noted and little positive mention of food/beverage offerings; F&B is limited.
- Overall Experience7.2
Mixed overall: many appreciate the convenient location and some good value stays, but serious cleanliness and maintenance issues soured other guests' experiences.
