Lo único q tal vez pudieran mejorar pero eso ya es gusto personal, la alfombra de afuera de las habitaciones.

Modern with restaurant, staff allowed for early check in so I could nap before my flight (paid for a night but had to check out by 2330.) very comfortable bed!

A bit noisy with traffic

Si van a un evento al Estadio GNP o al Palacio de los Deportes, no duden en reservar. Algo que también ayuda bastante, es el shuttle del hotel al aeropuerto.

- About the noise: there was an event, it's traffic passing under my window, blaring horns past midnight -- not the hotel's fault. - About service: I didn't notice a point in the directions for using the in-room coffee maker, and went downstairs to ask about it. Before I got back to my room, someone was there to check if it was working properly. - Most importantly: Cesar, through his English, was a most helpful Receptionist.

The common hotel practice of raising prices on weekends and popular events. And, a rather funny "problem" with the toilet: the seat and cover would not stay in the up position. Perhaps you can picture the inconvenience that caused. ;-)
