住客評價分析
- Cleanliness7.1
Mixed reports: many guests praised clean rooms, but several reviews noted dusty surfaces, dirty floors and a musty smell in at least one room, so cleanliness is slightly below top-tier.
- Service9.6
Consistently strong: numerous mentions of very friendly, helpful staff, flexible check-out/room changes, and a good airport shuttle — service is a clear strength.
- Location8.7
Generally convenient for airport travelers (timely shuttle service cited); a few guests noted it’s a bit out of town or not ideal for other activities.
- Room Quality7.5
Mostly comfortable and spacious rooms reported (comfortable beds, large rooms), but some guests mentioned worn mattresses, outdated bathrooms, and noisy/poor A/C in certain rooms.
- Amenities8.4
Good amenity set: airport shuttle, pool, gym, bar and on-site restaurant were mentioned positively, though the restaurant had service/quality issues for some guests.
- Value for Money7.0
Mixed value perception: some guests found the hotel good value, while others complained about added costs (notably a $16/night parking fee and no free breakfast) and perceived room quality vs price.
- Food and Beverage6.8
Underperforming for some: restaurant described as slow, overpriced and not very good by several reviewers, though the bar and basic offerings satisfied others.
- Overall Experience8.1
Generally positive stay for airport or short-stay travelers: friendly staff, clean rooms in many cases and convenient shuttle make for a good overall experience despite some room/food/value drawbacks.

A/C was of the lowest quality of what you can imagine. It was super loud and the room had a musty smell! TV could not project my own content.
