住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.2
Generally reported as clean and well presented in many reviews, though a few guests noted carpets and some kitchen items felt unclean or showing signs of previous guests.
- Service9.4
Staff are frequently described as helpful and communicative; check-in/out noted as easy. Some reports of reception being unstaffed at times, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
- Location10.0
Consistently praised: excellent central location, walking distance to beach, cafes, tram and shops, often highlighted as a key reason for staying (stunning views, whale sightings mentioned).
- Room Quality8.0
Rooms/units described as spacious with comfortable beds and great views, but some guests reported heating problems, worn furniture (couch) and a few minor maintenance/fixture issues (bedside lamp).
- Amenities7.5
Mixed feedback: facilities such as pool (small) and gym (not very modern) were criticized; issues with on-site supplies (coffee pods, limited dishwasher powder, hireable pool towels) reduced the amenities score.
- Value for Money7.4
Several guests felt the nightly rate did not fully match provided consumables and small conveniences (limited detergent/pods/towels), creating a perception of being slightly overpriced for what was supplied.
- Food and Beverage7.5
Little on-site F&B mentioned; specific negative comments focused on unavailable coffee pods and lack of easily purchasable options at reception rather than food quality per se.
- Overall Experience9.2
Overall stays were described as very positive and memorable due to location, views and comfortable rooms; most guests would recommend or stay again despite small negatives.
