住客評價分析

• Cleanliness5.5

Mixed signals: many reviewers called rooms 'clean' but several serious cleanliness incidents were reported (bed bugs, syringes, bird droppings on curtains, unclean rooms, stains/marks), lowering this score.

• Service8.5

Generally praised: staff frequently described as friendly, helpful and obliging (including assistance at 3:20am). Some isolated poor customer-service experiences at check-in and reception were noted.

• Location9.0

Consistently positive: many reviewers highlighted excellent proximity to the airport, shops, bus route and ample parking.

• Room Quality6.5

Mixed: comfortable beds and generous space noted by many, but several reports of dated rooms, thin walls/noise, missing shower head, wobbly toilet seat and general wear (marks on walls).

• Amenities7.0

Present but imperfect: onsite restaurant, bus shuttle, free Wi‑Fi and parking were useful; issues included coin‑only guest laundry, small laundry space, limited bar cocktail availability and a fridge needing repair.

• Value for Money8.5

Strong positive: multiple reviews explicitly call the property good value, cheap deals and excellent price for airport accommodation.

• Food and Beverage6.5

Mixed to negative: restaurant and dining convenience appreciated by some, but several comments about poor food quality (frozen vegetables), limited bar options and at least one refund dispute.

• Overall Experience7.7

Overall mixed: many guests praised value, location and helpful staff, but serious cleanliness and maintenance complaints for some stays pulled the overall experience down slightly.
