The location is great, there are several bus stops that are connected to the city center. There is a mall with the grocery store in the same building. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our was double booked for the first night, so we had to stay in a cheaper room for one night, however we were compensated with the breakfast. The cheaper room had a terrible worn off mattress lopsided to the edge. The superior room that promised a Mountain View had a very high balcony walls, so when you sit - the view is unfortunately obstructed. The room had two pillars in very inconvenient places: one in front of the sofa, the other one 10 cm from the bed on the window side. The breakfast area was pretty loud due to the play room right nearby.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The beds were comfy. The location was great. The free public transportation during our stay was awesome. We felt safe and appreciated the 24 hr reception. The breakfast was delicious.

The washer and dryer were slow and somewhat difficult to use with the required app. We were grateful that we were able to bypass the app while we were there and finish paying for the laundry later when we were back in the US and our phones were working normally again. There didn't seem to be enough washers and dryers for the number of guests who needed to do laundry. We spent about 5 hours trying to finish our laundry and pulled the jeans out early to hang them to dry in order to speed things up.
