A localização é excelente e a acomodação oferece um ambiente confortável e agradável. O quarto era bem equipado, com frigobar disponível, e o ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente durante toda a estadia.

Apesar da experiência geral positiva, alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados. Na chegada, não havia ninguém na recepção. Conforme orientado, fui ao restaurante ao lado, mas o atendente não sabia exatamente como me ajudar. Após enviar uma mensagem, fui recebido por uma senhora que não falava inglês, e o processo acabou demorando um pouco. Ela me acompanhou até outro prédio, localizado em uma galeria comercial próxima, onde de fato ficava o quarto. Não houve nenhum problema com essa organização, mas teria sido melhor receber essa informação previamente para evitar a incerteza no momento da chegada. Além disso, achei que o café da manhã poderia ser melhorado, pois não correspondeu totalmente às expectativas.

The shower is old school, with a plastic curtain and water would go everywhere if you are not careful. Toilet door is transparent, one can see everything.
