I was greeted by a bit not so friendly front desk staff when we check in on 18/10 , She wasvery blunt at a start doesn’t smile and when she looked at my booking and probably realised that its for my husbands birthday suddenly she had changed she started being nice. My husband noticed it as well and he said that being at the front desk she should be more accommodating and welcoming. Also I was looking forward to use the jacuzzi but it is alway full with guest in groups. I didn’t managed to experience it in my 3days and 2 nights of stay .

Perfect stay! Not stayed here before - the hotel was excellent. It was immaculate, the room was spacious and filled with all the little extras, robes and slippers to use in the spa, lovely comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. The staff were all very professional and friendly, the bar and lobby area were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Would absolutely return to this hotel and fully recommend it.

Nothing - it was great.

The hotel was very nice right from check-in where Matilda helped me at the front desk who was excellent. My room had a great bed, a great view, nice furnishings, excellent bathroom with tub and shower, as well as being very clean.

The room temperature stayed a bit warmer than I would have liked. It was likely because it was so cold outside and still fine to sleep at night, but I would have liked to turn the room a bit cooler than was possible.
