住客評價分析

  • Cleanliness3.5

Multiple reviews explicitly call the hotel dirty, smelly and not clean; several guests note grime and poor upkeep.

  • Service7.5

Mixed reports: repeated issues with early check-in, a confrontational manager and breakfast confusion, but some front-desk staff provided basic assistance; overall service slightly above the low-room expectations but inconsistent.

  • Location10.0

Consistently praised: convenient location close to MTR/Time Square and repeatedly listed as a key positive.

  • Room Quality5.0

Numerous complaints about very small, cramped rooms, tiny bathrooms, wrong bed configurations, thin walls and dated/ugly decor; a few rooms (with balcony/spa) are better but not typical.

  • Amenities8.5

Limited overall facilities reported, but the spa bath with a private balcony and exceptional views in at least one room was highlighted as a standout amenity.

  • Value for Money3.5

Strong negative sentiment: multiple reviewers state the hotel is not worth the money and poor value, especially for pricier rooms.

  • Food and Beverage7.0

Only breakfast was discussed – there was confusion over inclusion and at least one instance of staff initially denying breakfast then providing it; otherwise no major F&B offerings reported.

  • Overall Experience7.0

Overall mixed to negative experiences dominated by cleanliness, room size and value complaints, offset somewhat by excellent location and occasional memorable room/views.

Location is pretty good

Dirty, very busy, walls are extremely thin, you can hear a bottle being placed on a table from next door. Extremely cramped, not worth the money whatsoever.

The hotel provided the wrong bed configuration. We specifically booked one queen bed per room, but the guests were given two single beds instead.

We paid for the Sky View Villa which is probably the most expensive accommodation in the hotel for five nights. Originally emailing for an early check-in. The return email said it was on availability. As it turned out they really don't do early check-ins. Every one had to wait until 2.00pm for check in. After talking with manager Mr Alan Fung he basically said they didn't do early check ins. We had to wait for our room to be ready. When paying top dollar you'd expect the expensive rooms to be done first as there's no later check outs after 11.00am. Once we checked in we went to the 39th floor to be presented with this tiny box on a roof. It has one tiny bedside table and on the other side of the bed was six inches to the wall. Along that wall of glass was the bathroom narrower than one metre wide. You could see someone sitting on the toilet as there was no screen. There were two coat hangers on two hooks as a wardrobe. We would have had to leave our suitcases on the balcony if we stayed. After calling Mr Fung up and renegotiating we went down to the 32nd floor to a room that had a proper bathroom and two bedside tables. This room was cheaper but we weren't given any compensation. The next morning we went down to breakfast and were told we weren't on the breakfast list so went to reception. Again we had to deal with Mr Fung. We said we thought we paid for breakfast when we booked but he said we didn't. We said how about throwing in breakfast as compensation for the amount we were paying for the room and he said sorry again. After it got quite heated he threw in a free breakfast for that morning. This morning my partner went down to reception to work out the holding deposit and the morning manager threw the receipt at him. After this debacle we will probably never stay at a Best Western Hotel again. We have travelled quite extensively and have never seen this sort of condescending disrespectful service before
