Exceptional value for money! The hotel was very affordable, especially considering its fantastic location in the Northern Quarter. You're surrounded by amazing pubs (Crown & Kettle being a personal favourite), and Mackie Mayor, an excellent food hall, is just next door. The fact that a decent, complimentary breakfast is included at this price is an amazing bonus.

The building and interiors are a little dated and could do with some freshening up, so the hotel feels slightly tired in places. However, everything was perfectly decent and well maintained, especially considering the price. It's really not something that would put me off staying here again.
