住客評價分析
- Cleanliness9.0
Multiple reviews explicitly mention clean, cosy rooms and impeccable housekeeping (e.g., 'chambre propre', 'propreté impeccable', 'clean and cosy').
- Service9.5
Consistently praised: 'Personnel très accueillant et professionnel', 'personnel accueillant', 'extremely friendly staff', early check-in provided — overall very positive staff interactions.
- Location9.0
Frequently highlighted as a strength: close to metro, trams and restaurants, easy access to transport ('près des transports', 'close to the metro', '2 minutes walk').
- Room Quality8.0
Generally comfortable but mixed notes: comfortable beds and vintage charm noted, while several guests reported small rooms, sliding/door issues and a slightly cold rooftop room.
- Amenities8.5
Mentioned amenities include a charming lift, lemon water and cakes in the foyer, luggage storage and effective heating/AC; overall pleasant but limited scope.
- Value for Money9.0
Multiple guests mentioned excellent value ('rapport qualité prix imbattable', 'good value'), especially for last-minute bookings.
- Food and Beverage7.5
Mixed feedback: several guests enjoyed the breakfast (complete, sweet and savory), while others found it too expensive or had reservations about it.
- Overall Experience7.5
Overall positive stays and recommendations are common ('J'ai adoré', 'Superbe séjour'), but recurring minor negatives (small rooms, occasional noise, breakfast price, a deposit issue) moderate the final experience score.
