住客評價分析
- Cleanliness5.1
Mixed to negative: multiple guests report dirty rooms, stained sheets and dirty bathrooms; several reviews note rooms and bathrooms were not properly clean, though some guests also describe rooms as clean.
- Service8.0
Generally positive: numerous mentions of friendly, helpful staff and a homely reception; isolated reports of unfriendly behaviour and check-in/key-registration problems lower the score slightly.
- Location9.2
Strong positive: very frequently praised for proximity to the airport and a quiet, convenient area — repeatedly described as close to the airport and ideal for transit/overnight stays.
- Room Quality5.4
Below average: many comments about very small rooms and cramped bathrooms (described as tiny/cruise-ship style); some guests found rooms comfortable, but size and layout issues are recurring.
- Amenities8.0
Positive: modern facilities, availability of a pool and generally adequate breakfast offerings are noted; some guests appreciated the modern/organized setup despite other issues.
- Value for Money6.1
Mixed: several guests consider it good value for a short transit stay, while others feel the room size and extra costs (room service/pricing) make it less good value for the rate charged.
- Food and Beverage6.4
Mixed to slightly below average: breakfast and buffet variety are praised in some reviews, but there are complaints about food quality, pricing, a report of food poisoning, and limited room-service alcohol options.
- Overall Experience7.0
Generally adequate for airport/short stays: many guests call it a convenient, pleasant overnight option with friendly staff and good location, tempered by issues with room size, occasional cleanliness and some food/service shortcomings.
