It was a nice spacious apartment. The apartment was serviced daily. The location was 150m from the Queenstown Mall entrance - Perfect. From the CBD, it was on almost flat land - No steep hills to climb. It was so close to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes walk to the wharf precinct.

The location is great. This place could be such a good place to stay.

There was mildew in the bathroom and a sign saying hot water is limited. No one is at the front desk before 10am or after 6pm, yet there's a $50 charge for any front desk call after 6pm. There's also a charge for leaving dishes in the sink. The upkeep and policies let the place down, and the great location doesn't make up for it.

We stayed 5 nights, our towels weren't changed, floors didn't get vacuumed. Housekeeping lacking. We had people staying above that sounded like elephants, sound proofing not great. Charged $200 for the room key. Pillows were terrible

Hard to cool down the space once it was heated.

Location was great. It was in walking distance and avoided most hills as had a 79 year old travelling with us. The place was clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Clean, easy to navigate to places from there. We'd consider staying there again.

The room was only serviced once in the 3 days by the cleaning staff - not sure if it should have been more or not. Just a few little things like hand soap, dishwashing tablets, paper towel would have been handy. The rooms got quite warm, so a pedestal fan would have helped keep air circulating. Car parking was tight, and the elevator was being fixed the day we left so we had a lot of luggage that had to be carried downstairs.

I loved the location being within easy walking distance to the lakeside and cruises, the gondola, and lots of eating places. A clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay.
