I am truly grateful to all the staff; front desk manager or receptionists, staffs of restaurant were all so warm and welcoming, and everything was wonderful. Especially the front desk manager or receptionists borrowed me an umbrella, and solved my transportation problems. You were all fantastic, and thank you for everything you did. I had a wonderful time here. I really hope the host can increase salary and give bonus to you all. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

The bed was ridiculously soft. We put the mattress on the floor which improved things a bit, but it was still too soft
