I like a hot shower, and the hot water wasn't very very hot generally. But to a "normal person" it would not be an issue. Some drinks items in the restaurants seemed quite expensive to me.

Breakfast was lovely outside, great options and worked for the whole family. Nice to have a garden and feel outdoors. Very nice rooms with balcony and great bathroom facilities. Very comfortable stay. Top floor restaurant was lovely had to dine before 7pm due to kids rules, would be good to know in advance but had lovely meal.

Were only given 3 beds for a family of 4 maybe it’s suppose to be 3 in a bed?? Asked about airport transfer and was told to just look online myself, no offer to assist, think it was just that particular member of reception as others seemed more willing to help with questions during stay. Great hotel but not sure they want kids as it’s a social meeting hub.
The staff was very very nice the service was exquisite, breakfast was great and the rooftop restaurant and bar was great, I would recommend anybody anytime to go and enjoy the Social house
