住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.5

Multiple reviews praise the hotel as very clean and neat; housekeeping described as excellent and bathrooms noted clean.

• Service8.0

Staff generally described as polite and helpful with specific compliments to reception; some isolated negative interactions reported (rude/abrasive receptionist), so overall positive but not perfect.

• Location8.5

Many comments highlight a very good, central location close to shops, restaurants and services; parking availability is sometimes limited.

• Room Quality8.5

Rooms described as spacious, quiet with large comfortable beds; overall room condition positive though some guests noted issues with iron or other minor equipment.

• Amenities6.5

Several mentions of missing or limited amenities: pool needing service, no private kids pool, missing toiletries (toothbrush, tea/coffee), broken/dirty iron reported — amenities are a noted weakness.

• Value for Money8.0

Guests comment that the hotel offers good prices compared to others in the area and represents fair value given location and cleanliness.

• Food and Beverage6.0

Repeated comments about very modest/poor breakfast, missing hot beverage options and occasional absence of buffet — food offering considered below expectations.

• Overall Experience7.6

Overall stays are described as pleasant and worth repeating by many guests due to location, cleanliness and staff, tempered by amenity and F&B shortcomings.
