To be honest I can’t say anything bad at the hotel. All of us were really happy with everything. Rooms were always clean every day because the staff took care of them every day. We took HB option - breakfast and dinner were different everyday and there were so many things so you didn’t know what to pick and of course they were tasty. What I have to mention too is the great receptionist Yassine - he is a great and really nice guy who helped us with everything. Every question or struggle was made out immediately. Also best regards to the best lifeguard Hubeib! We travelled now in december for christmas and we couldn’t believe that hotel organised such a great christmas eve with a santa and presents too! So if you think about going here I would reccomend it in 100%!

It was a very pleasant stay. We got a room from manisha. She is helping in nature. Rooms nd swimming pool was very well maintained.

Everything about this hotel was great- All the staff were excellent but a special callout for binita and Emily.

Hotel is beautiful and dinner was absolutely sensational so much selection and quality food. In particular I would like to mention Prakriti, Tara and Pai from dinner and breakfast who were so kind and attentive and were lovely to talk to.

Hilton Double tree has been the best place to stay. Great hospitality, empathetic staff, courteous service with a smile always. Florence & Benita deserve a mention for taking such good care of us and keeping us smiling and positive at all times. Thank You
