住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.2

Multiple reviews repeatedly praise the facility as very clean and well maintained; one comment noted it felt almost too sanitized.

• Service8.8

Service is generally highlighted as friendly, helpful and attentive (staff assisted with a dental emergency), though one review felt staff were overly watchful/strict.

• Location9.0

Location frequently noted as convenient and close to Dotonbori with many nearby dining options, though also described as busy.

• Room Quality7.7

Capsules described as spacious and private with extras (TV, tables), but several guests complained about thin or hard mattresses and top bunks being hard to access.

• Amenities8.6

Good extras noted (toiletries, laundry, lounge, fridge, face masks, TVs), but some practical lacks (no water dispenser) and minor issues (dusty dryer, noisy hair-drying area) were mentioned.

• Value for Money8.6

Multiple guests call it great value or a 'bang for your buck' with competitive pricing and larger-than-typical capsules, supporting a strong value perception.

• Food and Beverage8.7

Standard quality for this hotel tier (no specific on-site F&B offerings were detailed in reviews; nearby restaurants praised).

• Overall Experience9.0

Overall sentiment is positive with many guests saying everything was great, very clean and a nice stay, though a few operational/comfort negatives tempered some experiences.
