The location was great, and the rooms were beautiful as per the usual W styling! The pool was lovely and we loved that it was open 24/7. They gym was also really well equipped!

The staff were a letdown... During the check in process, the receptionist was intermittently scrolling through her phone, leaving me holding out my ID for her to take for 15 seconds before she looked up from her phone to realise, after specifically asking for it. We also left our room at about 7am, and returned at 2:30pm to an unserviced room, which was fine, we assumed we'd missed out or something. At 3pm we put up the DND sign to have a nap but got a ring on the doorbell. We ignored it but got another ring, it was housekeeping asking to enter to do a service. I politely declined, pointing out the DND sign on the door, but she just didn't seem to really understand... The room, location and facilities were all great, but we also love the W for the customer service it offers. Personalised, friendly, welcoming, none of which we really got at this property...
