住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.2

Generally praised as clean and comfortable (multiple reviews mention clean rooms and comfortable beds), though isolated issues noted (humid rooms, occasional missing toiletries).

• Service10.0

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and attentive (many named staff praised: Priya, Raaz, Lokendra, Raju, Prakash); a few isolated remarks about individual inflexibility, but overall service is excellent.

• Location10.0

Consistently highlighted as very close to the airport and ideal for transit/short stays; a few mentions of industrial surroundings or distance to some transport links but proximity to Hamad International Airport is a strong positive.

• Room Quality9.0

Rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds and suitable for short stays/ transit; some comments about older furniture, limited bed configuration for families, and an instance of a non-working small fridge.

• Amenities9.0

Basic amenities generally met guest needs (breakfast offered, luggage assistance), but some negatives reported: broken small fridge in one room, absent airport transfer in one case, and occasional missing items (empty shower gel).

• Value for Money10.0

Very frequently called out as excellent value; many guests explicitly stated 'good value for the price' and recommended for budget/short stays and transit.

• Food and Beverage9.6

Breakfast and restaurant food receive positive mentions (breakfast described as very good, restaurant praised), while some guests note the menu is small with limited options.

• Overall Experience10.0

Overall sentiment is highly positive: convenient for transit, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and strong value for money lead guests to recommend returning.
