Aircon in the room didn't work, reported it but it wasn't fixed until the second day. Items quickly ran out at breakfast, some were replaced quickly but not others
Breakfast was very busy and only one member of staff doing the hot breakfast food, so unfortunately had to wait a while for things to be cooked
