The apartment is clean and new. Very close to the station which is handy. The best is the bathroom, very modern, can dry your clothes, heat fan, shower pressure good. There's a washing machine. Overall, it's comfortable stay. I would choose Ostay again if I am back.

Kitchen could have a few more utensils. Pillow too soft and low (and no extra pillows provided) but that's personal preference.

Location was brilliant for train based travel. Eg to Hiroshima, himeji, airport. We used the regional JR pass

Furnishings were worn and sofa needed replacing

Within a 5 min walk of Shin-Osaka station. Host was very quick to answer questions and the property exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the washer/dryer was a real bonus!

The location basically next to the station was super convenient! They didn't have a front desk but they reply SUPER FAST and are very efficient. Everything was super clean and we were equipped with all we needed. The fact that it had a kitchen made my stay so much easier since I have food allergies and need to cook all my meals I would stay with them again and recommend it.
