住客評價分析
- Cleanliness9.1
Multiple reviews repeatedly state 'sehr sauber' / clean rooms; overall very positive cleanliness impressions though one review reported cockroaches and there are occasional notes about non-daily housekeeping on request.
- Service9.2
Staff are frequently described as very friendly, helpful and attentive (assisted injured guest, polite reception). A few notes mention breakfast service lapses, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
- Location8.2
Good for Olympiapark/BMW museum and within walking distance to U-Bahn for many reviewers; some report it as slightly off the centre or on a main road, so location is generally positive but not perfect.
- Room Quality8.0
Rooms described as modern, functional and clean; some guests noted cold rooms (only bathroom heated), thin walls/noise from neighbors, and basic fittings (no minibar/fridge) which limits the score.
- Amenities8.2
Amenities are practical (parking, nearby shopping, breakfast area) but some missing in-room features (no safe, no fridge), and towel/linen replacement is not automatic by default—mostly adequate but some shortcomings.
- Value for Money8.4
Several guests praise strong price/value compared to other Munich options; however, multiple comments mention high prices during Oktoberfest and occasional expensive parking, so value is generally good with exceptions.
- Food and Beverage9.0
Breakfast repeatedly described as very good, varied and surprising for the category; a few reviews called it simple or wished for more vegan options, but overall food/beverage sentiment is highly positive.
- Overall Experience8.7
Most guests report a positive stay: friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast lead to strong recommendations; drawbacks (price spikes, some missing in-room amenities, occasional service or cleanliness exceptions) temper the rating slightly.
