Location in Old Quarter. Very personable staff..Very helpful, always smiling with good understanding of English language. Specific mention of Jaycee. Cara, Mia, Kevin & John. They had also noted when my Birthday was and surprised us with a lovely birthday cake on the day. It was genuinely one of the best stays we have had.

Die Lage ist wirklich super und man ist direkt im Geschehen. Der Tägliche Service fand immer statt.

Sehr hellhörig. Z.t ab 5:30h poltern die Gäste die Treppe rauf und runter. Der Reinigungswagen steht gegenüber von der Zimmertür, auch da war leider immer eine Gewisse Lautstärke gegeben. Was wirklich sehr störend war, ständig bekam man über WhatsApp Nachrichten. Wo sind sie? Sollen wir ihnen etwas buchen? Wo fahren Sie hin? Sollen wir einen Transport organisieren..? ich hatte bereits am Anfang erwähnt, das ich nicht zum ersten Mal in vietnam bin und mich selber organisiere. Ich hatte nur erwähnt zu überlegen Richtung... zu gehen.. evtl. Nur wenig später kamen ungefragt / ungewollt zig Angebote über WhatsApp.
