Le volet de la pièce ne marche pas, le chauffe eau a eu un problème et il y avait du bruit.

I can’t comment on the cleanliness or the location, as both were fine. However, our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. One or two days before our arrival, I received a form to complete, where I requested early check-in and paid the additional fee. I also paid for the city tax online. Despite this, when we arrived, we were told that these payments and arrangements were apparently not showing in the system. We ended up standing outside on the street with our luggage for over an hour. I had already been messaging them from the airport, but their replies were very slow. After waiting in airport queues for four hours, having to stand outside in the rain with all our luggage was a truly horrible experience. Thankfully, someone eventually opened the door and allowed us into the lobby. A Georgian girl who worked there also helped us, and I would like to thank her for her kindness and assistance. Overall, the check-in process was stressful, poorly organised, and completely unacceptable. After a long journey, we expected a smooth arrival, especially since we had completed the required forms and paid the extra fees in advance.
