Staff extremely unapproachable and uncooperative. We got double charged, and there is no one to help us fix it. I have called several times, sent emails. nobody has responded back. It’s extremely disappointing

The location was quite far from the main attractions in the Strip. Is not so bad as The Start, but it’s close. The amenities and services provided don’t justify the price or 5 stars. Long waits in reception, no everyday cleaning, and not the most accomodating staff.
