住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.5
Generally positive (rooms described as smelling good and clean by many guests) but isolated issues noted — stained washcloths and some guests calling rooms basic, which lowers score slightly.
- Service9.6
Strong positive mentions throughout: caring, respectful and helpful staff (Noah and reception repeatedly praised); a few notes of disinterested staff at checkout but overall service is highly rated.
- Location9.8
Consistently highlighted as excellent — prime downtown spot across from Coors Field and McGregor Square, ideal for baseball games and convention center access, though occasional road/noise was mentioned.
- Room Quality8.9
Many guests loved the modern decor, comfy beds, linens and robes; however some reviews reported small or run-down rooms, uncomfortable beds for some, thin blankets and awkward bathroom setups.
- Amenities9.4
Rooftop pool, spa, bars and on-site restaurants receive strong praise. A few negatives: some facilities closed for events, missing ice machine/clock and occasional lack of pool-related services, but overall amenities are a highlight.
- Value for Money8.0
Mixed sentiment — multiple guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the room size or condition; others felt the location and facilities justified the price.
- Food and Beverage8.6
Mixed feedback: some guests enjoyed nearby food court options and on-site dining, while others called food and breakfast merely 'just ok'; occasional service speed issues at breakfast.
- Overall Experience10.0
Overall very positive — many guests described the stay as excellent, fun, and would return (particularly for games or downtown visits). A minority of reviews with noise, cleanliness or value complaints are notable but do not dominate overall sentiment.

We loved the special treatment & extras. A glass of wine or beer at check-in & the ice cream sundae bar & happy hour!
