Rooms have sealed windows - hence no fresh air / ventillation. Restaurant does not operate round the clock hence i couldn't get an early morning tea / breakfast.

Location is very near railway station but far from the old city area. It is a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Individual breakfast option is limited.

Breakfast option could be more if one is not opting for buffet.
