Dat onze tafel bij het ontbijt al werd opgeruimd terwijl we nog wat pakte. We hadden ern tas laten liggen maar dat hadden ze niet gezien

I’ve stayed before. Great location, very comfortable & lovely bar & restaurant downstairs. Unfortunately we were unable to check in as a group of 4 for nearly an hour despite having checked in prior to arrival. As we had dinner and a show booked this really set our evening off badly. We had to delay our dinner reservation,had to rush to get ready and couldn’t enjoy or finish our courses at dinner as we would have been late for our show. Check in was chaotic. When our room wasn’t ready at 3 we had a drink in the bar but still wasn’t ready at 3.30 until a manager eventually sorted a change in room type to 2 doubles. It wasn’t the start we wanted or expected. Especially paying over €450 for one night. Breakfast was lovely. Check out was easy enough.
