Clean and spacious apartment with all kitchen facilities - well equipped including a washing machine with built in tumble dryer; fridge freezer etc. Ironing board and iron in flat. Big shower with plenty of hot water and good towels. Bedroom air conditioned and that was very efficient. Very comfortable bed and blinds if wanted. Quiet up on 29th floor with amazing view of the sea and hill, looking over the city to the quay. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. There are restaurants locally. We liked Amber just next door but would have used an Uber if going much further after dark. We had 3 nights here. There is permanent security in the lobby and facial recognition entry to get the lift up so felt very safe. Staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Sehr schönes Apartment im 30.Stock mit moderner Einrichtung und guter Ausstattung. Unser Balkon war zu zwei Seiten ausgerichtet mit herrlichem Ausblick über die Stadt. Schöner Pool im 27. Stock. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher und wohl.

Leider hatten wir keine gute Erfahrung mit dem für uns zuständigen Guest Relation Manager. Beim Check-in war er zunächst sehr freundlich und bot an, dass wir uns bei Anliegen jederzeit per WhatsApp melden könnten. Kurz nach dem Check-in stellten wir fest, dass beide Safes verschlossen waren. Trotz seines Besuchs mit einem Generalschlüssel konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Er versprach, sich darum zu kümmern und noch am selben Abend vorbeizukommen, erschien jedoch trotz unserer Nachricht nicht. Auch am nächsten Tag wurde uns erneut zugesichert, dass das Problem gelöst werde. Gleichzeitig funktionierte das WLAN nicht, sodass er anbot, sich während unserer Abwesenheit um beide Anliegen zu kümmern. Als wir am Abend zurückkamen, war jedoch weder das WLAN repariert noch waren die Safes geöffnet. Wir verzichteten daraufhin auf eine weitere Nachfrage, da wir uns bei der erneuten Ansprache zuvor leider nicht ernst genommen fühlten. Zusätzlich fehlte beim Check-in der zweite Schlüssel. Dieser wurde später kommentarlos in die Schlüsselbox gelegt, ohne dass wir darüber informiert wurden; zudem war der Code nicht verstellt worden, sodass jeder die Box hätte öffnen können. Wir bemerkten dies erst beim Check-out. Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um kleinere Probleme, die für uns nicht weiter schlimm gewesen wären. Enttäuschend war jedoch die wiederholte fehlende Verlässlichkeit und Kommunikation. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass unsere Anliegen ernst genommen und zugesagte Lösungen auch tatsächlich umgesetzt werden.

Keys was in a lock box, but we was met in the car park and took to the apartment, we was shown how to het into lock box and entry / exit to hotel and car park, and explain things about the area and restaurants and how to boook excursion if wanted.
