Hotel is exceptional. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff were amazing. Great downtown location for our business meetings.

There isn't anything I can say that I didn't like. I do have a suggestion for the hotel, maybe a working space in the hotel lobby. Just a personal opinion, as I'm not a person that's keen with sitting in a bar table to do work.

Light kept turning in by itself. Night 1: I was able to sleep at 2 AM after they came and disconnected the light. (Tech was busy fixing the elevator that didn’t work either) Night 2: Supposedly the light had been fixed, it wasn’t. Was able to sleep at 12 after they came and disconnected the light again. Night 3: Light was disconnected though the clicking continued + an added bonus of disconnecting the night light just in case. Woke up at 3, went to the bathroom blind, on my way back to the bed, I kicked the base of the bed with my shin, just a little blood, not too much. Couldn’t get back to sleep. I was there for work (CEDIA EXPO), I’d stayed at your hotel the 2 previous years. Think this was my last. 3 in rested nights. Terrible.
