Outstanding location repeatedly mentioned: immediate proximity to train station, opposite large shopping centre and close to restaurants and event venues.
- Room Quality8.5
Generally comfortable modern rooms and good beds, but occasional issues noted (small rooms, hard fold-out bed, only one chair, some guests found beds high).
- Amenities8.0
Practical amenities like parking and lobby coffee praised; some missing or limited items mentioned (no microwave in some rooms, no weight scale, duvet missing for sofa bed).

Multiple comments explicitly call the hotel good value or affordable for the area; guests frequently said they'd return for the price/location.
